How Our Booking Process Works

To ensure every job receives our full attention and is quoted accurately, we operate on a structured booking system.

Step 1 – Submit a Quote Request

All jobs begin with completion of our online quote form.

This allows us to assess your requirements, provide an accurate quote, and determine the appropriate scope of work before scheduling.

Incomplete or verbal enquiries cannot be booked without a submitted quote form

Step 2 – Secure Your Booking Week

Once your quote has been approved, your job will be allocated a dedicated workshop week.

We operate on a structured weekly schedule:

• Drop-offs take place on Monday of your allocated week
• Collections are scheduled for the end of that same week (Friday, unless otherwise advised)

During this allocated week, your job is completed in full without interruption. This allows our team to focus entirely on workshop production and quality control to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required in advance to secure and lock in your allocated booking week.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once secured, that workshop time is allocated exclusively to your job.

** To help us gather information to provide you with a quote for the services work you require, we have a set of specific quote forms to gather some specific information directly related to the work you would like quoted on.

The section will expand and you will be able to provide us the information required for us to provide you a speedy quote.

Please be as detailed as possible in your request, any prior work or aftermarket parts fitted to the bike may help us better understand how we can assist you and how to accurately diagnose and quote for the work required.
