- Remove any push button type air bleeders and fit original air bleeders before packing. Zip tie shock bearings.
- Pack any leaking forks or shocks in plastic bags to contain any leaking oil.
- Pack all suspension components in one box together or wrap altogether with cardboard. (Try and keep parcel length to 1m if sending with Aust Post)
- Use cardboard or bubble wrap to separate them inside the package (to avoid damage) tightly pack components, tape up very strongly. DONT USE ELECTRICAL TAPE OR ZIP TIES!
- Print off the customer PDF order form located on our “quote requests” webpage, fill in your details and put in the parcel with your suspension.
- Label the package correctly & clearly (making sure the address cannot be rubbed or torn off)
